Meet Tiki
Tiki is an approximately 50 year old male yellow naped amazon who spent over 30 years in his previous home but was given up because they were dealing with family medical issues. He’s stick trained and will step up nicely onto his favorite stick. We’re still learning his vocabulary, but so far he says “hello” and “pretty bird” and sings “I left my heart.” He’s been on a mostly seed diet, so we’re working on getting him to eat healthier foods.
