Meet Dorothy
Please meet Dorothy!
As nearly all pet pigs, Dorothy had a rough start in life. She belonged to an owner who had trouble with the law and as if this was not bad enough, Dorothy was used for breeding and since she had no fenced in yard, she was roaming the neighborhood and was in danger of being hit by car and was chased by dogs. One day the owners dog attacked her leaving her ear severely injured. Thankfully, someone called Animal Control for help. Dorothy ended up at an animal shelter with a severely injured ear. Blind Spot came to her rescue and scooped her up. Unfortunately Dorothy's ear had to be amputated as it was very damaged and infected.
Given everything Dorothy went through, she is a bit shy until she gets to know you. Dorothy is used to living inside and is housebroken.
