Meet Sunny & Juno: Two Out-of-This-World Boys!<br/><br/>Sunny and Juno came to Georgia Rat Rescue after their owner reached out for help when changing circumstances made it impossible to continue providing the medical care they needed. They were originally purchased from a pet store and arrived home with respiratory illness. Despite their owner's best efforts to get them treated, their symptoms persisted, and after losing their job, they were no longer able to afford the veterinary care the boys required. Wanting the best for them, they made the difficult decision to surrender them to rescue.<br/><br/>Sunny is a chunky, handsome black hooded boy, while Juno is a sleek pink-eyed white (PEW) albino. Both boys are over a year old, though their exact age is unknown.<br/><br/>These two have absolutely fantastic personalities and are a joy to be around. They are exceptionally friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented. They love free-roam time, exploring, climbing, and interacting with their humans. If you're looking for a pair of affectionate, social companion rats, Sunny and Juno are sure to steal your heart.<br/><br/>The boys arrived with a respiratory infection and are currently receiving ongoing treatment though we do expect them to make a full recovery. Their tentative adoption date is August 2, pending medical clearance.<br/><br/>Sunny and Juno will be adopted together as a bonded pair.
