They lean on each other for comfort and confidence, and are now looking for a patient, experienced forever home where they can continue to thrive together.<br/><br/>Alba is a PEW (pink-eyed white/albino) with a softer, more cautious personality. She can be shy at first and is known for being a quick little darter when unsure, but she would always rather run than confront. Alba is very food-motivated and will happily appear the moment she hears a treat bag crinkle. With patience and consistency, she continues to blossom.<br/><br/>Buggy is a beige berkshire with bright curiosity and a smart, attentive nature. She is the more confident and outgoing half of the pair—always interested in what is happening around her and eager to be part of the action. Buggy can get a little overexcited for treats and may accidentally grab a finger in her enthusiasm, but she is not aggressive.<br/><br/>Together they are a lively, intelligent pair who bond strongly with their people and seem to prefer attaching closely to one trusted person. They do best with calm, gentle handling and a steady routine. A bonding pouch is highly recommended for easy handoffs and low-stress interaction, especially while trust continues to build. Once out for free roam, Alba and Buggy truly come alive. They are adventurous, interactive, and full of personality—wonderful companions for someone who enjoys working with smart rats, offering enrichment, and building a rewarding relationship over time.<br/><br/>These girls have not shown compatibility with other female rats in foster care yet, so they are seeking a pair-only home and should remain together.
