Fennel's Story

Please fill out our adoption application at wearsaves.org
Fennel is a 2 year old female bearded dragon. Fennel is Adenovirus positive, and her growth is stunted. She MUST go to a home without other reptiles, as ADV is transmissible to other reptiles. Fennel is a very sweet girl with a huge heart. Her life expectancy isn’t as long as a bearded dragon in typical health. Her adopter needs to be compassionately aware of her condition, and navigating any potential health effects of her ADV.
Fennel has the potential to stay in positive health for the remainder of her life, and she shows no signs of slowing down. Don’t let her small size fool you, as she’s quite a sweet spitfire!
Fennel has slight scale damage on the tip of her nose. It does not affect her quality of life, but it does enhance her spunky looks and personality.
Potential adopters must fill out our adoption application on our website, but Fennel’s adoption fee has been sponsored by caring donors.
Please fill out our adoption application at wearsaves.org

Adoptions are permanent commitments, but animals must be returned to us if the placement does not work out.
