TROUBLE & EDDIE HOPPER's Story

Trouble:

Despite her name she is anything but trouble, she is undeniably a lady. She is very proper, knows how to use the litter and she is very clean. Her favorite veggie is cilantro, her favorite fruit is blueberries. Just like a lady you must earn her respect and trust, she will hide until she is comfortable. The person entrusted with this task must give her as much space and time as needed. Once she is comfortable she will start to eat food and treats right from your hands, she also grooms constantly once she is comfy. She is the cleanest bunny ever and she does not make a mess. She loves doing binkies in the early evening, please give her enough space to do these. In the morning to the afternoon, she likes to hide behind something or in a corner to sleep the day away. She loves to dig so use caution using too much litter and bedding. She is the most patient and chill bunny too, I wouldn't keep her waiting though whether its food or treats. She doesn't venture out to strangers much so when visitors are there she will hide then come out when she is ready.

Eddie Hopper:

Blink and you may miss him as he is fast, very fast. His zoomies are quite legendary. He loves to do those everyday in the morning around 10am and again in the evening. Despite his size he eats every suitable veggie and fruit, he prefers Oxbow timothy hay but he will settle for meadow hay or oat. He prefers Hay over any other food. He is very adventurous so please be mindful to watch his adventures, he likes to go in small spaces. His favorite hiding spot is underneath the bed. Do not keep this one waiting for his treats or food he will thump until he gets his food. He is the most outgoing and friendly bun, he likes to sniff out people.

Both of them together, they are inseparable. Eddie Hopper is quite the ring leader of their duo; he is the driver of Trouble coming out of her shell. They like to explore together as much as possible. They both like to chew, so a supply of appropriate items will be needed. They are not fans of being picked up. They are both amazing, very yin and yang, they complement each other very well. They like to do everything together. Trouble is Lightning's shadow, one cannot truly flourish without the other. They like to groom each other very often, they like to lie down next to each other and sleep together. Trouble likes to binky while Eddie Hopper zooms around the room. Trouble mirrors his actions sometimes, he will led the exploration around the house.

The adoption fee is $125 for one rabbit and $200 for a bonded pair, and includes all rabbits being spayed/neutered as part of the adoption process.

Inquiries can be made to info@allaboutrabbitsrescue.org

All About Rabbits Rescue, Inc's Adoption Policy
Our adoption process serves to ensure that the rabbits entrusted in our care go to loving bun-educated forever homes. We provide an application which helps potential adopters organize their consideration on adopting a pet rabbit. Bun-education is really important to us, so we provide the latest and greatest info on rabbit care housing and various helpful tidbits that one can only get from an experienced rabbit rescue caretaker. Not sure about adopting? Ask us about fostering. AARR may be able to provide partial housing and start up supplies. We ask that our fosters help AARR by contributing daily greens, pellets and hay. Foster homes should be able to make the rabbits accessible either by allowing well screened potential adopters to visit or being able to bring them to an adoption event. ADOPTION EVENTS: We are open to the public at our regular events in a casual setting where you can meet many rabbits all at once without an appointment or prior application. Please note we DO NOT do same day adoptions. We also set up private meet-and-greets with pre-approved qualified adopters, so you don't have to wait for an event if you are interested in adoption.
