Tristan's Story

Tristan is bonded to Gabriel. Gabriel is a neutered male but Tristan is yet to be desexed. This will be done either prior to adoption or at the adopter will need to have her scheduled shortly after adoption. She is a young bun and a little busy body. She is not one to sit still too much at this age, but she is socialized and is not difficult to handle. Both buns are working on their litter training. A sizeable litter box and placing their hay above their litter box will help speed them along in this process. Also, soft litter that sticks to their fur is not recommended for these buns.

We will have potential adoptive families fill out an adoption application which we review and if they have a specific animal they're interested in we will assess if it would be a good match. We might recommend a different animal based on the personality of the rabbit or perhaps the activity level of the people in the household. We will always make a careful placement that is the best match for all concerned in our opinion. If things do not work out we will take the animal back into the sanctuary until another match is made for a forever home.
