Meet Sybil
Meet Sybil! Sybil is one of the Death Row 20, a group of rabbits that came into the rescue in December 2021 after they were set for euthanasia at an out-of-state shelter because they were overfull.
Sybil had a rough life before the Brigade took her in - it’s almost like she was rarely touched by humans. She's still a tad nervous and slow to trust, but we can see her smart and inquisitive nature coming out as she binkies in her pen and plays with her toys - proof that Sybil will continue to blossom in the right home!
Sybil can be very particular at times. She'll gallop right up to you for treats and attention, but sometimes gets in a sassy mood and doesn't want to be touched or bothered - just like us humans!
The right family for Sybil will provide lots of room to run and play with toys and enrichment - plus, respect her wishes not to be petted or interfere with her space when she requests it. For this reason, we do not recommend Sybil for a family with young children or especially aggressive or dominant pets. Sybil gets along just fine with the service dog and the cats in her current foster home, especially because they respect her space when Sybil requests it.
