SAPPHIRE 's Story

Sapphire is 4lb little girl who is an absolute love sponge. You can smooch her all day long and she accepts the affection. She just wants pets and kisses and is very engaging and reliant on humans. She is a sedate rabbit for the most part. Likes to just chill or hang out. Not much of a chewer from what we have observed. She is very enthusiastic over greens and will snatch them from you as soon as she sees them. This poor bunny was dumped outside and had tons of ticks crawling on her and she was starving. She was boney when we found her but has since put on weight. She is very engaging and just wants attention. Her litter box skills are pretty good and overall she seems healthy. The adoption fee is $125 for one rabbit and $200 for a bonded pair, and includes all rabbits being spayed/neutered as part of the adoption process. Contact us at info@allaboutrabbbitrsrescue.org

All About Rabbits Rescue, Inc's Adoption Policy

Our adoption process serves to ensure that the rabbits entrusted in our care go to loving bun-educated forever homes. We provide an application which helps potential adopters organize their consideration on adopting a pet rabbit. Bun-education is really important to us, so we provide the latest and greatest info on rabbit care housing and various helpful tidbits that one can only get from an experienced rabbit rescue caretaker. Not sure about adopting? Ask us about fostering. AARR may be able to provide partial housing and start up supplies. We ask that our fosters help AARR by contributing daily greens, pellets and hay. Foster homes should be able to make the rabbits accessible either by allowing well screened potential adopters to visit or being able to bring them to an adoption event. ADOPTION EVENTS: We are open to the public at our regular events in a casual setting where you can meet many rabbits all at once without an appointment or prior application. Please note we DO NOT do same day adoptions. We also set up private meet-and-greets with pre-approved qualified adopters, so you don't have to wait for an event if you are interested in adoption.
