MAGGIE*'s Story

Meet Maggie, the 5 month old white female rabbit! Maggie came to us as a stray found near some tennis courts, so its safe to say you'll LOVE this girl as a new addition to your home. Volunteers have described her as a sweet and calm bunny who is easy to handle, joking that she should've been named princess becuase she loves to be adored. Becuase Maggie was a stray, we don't know much about her previous living arrangment, but we suggest primarily indoor living to keep her safe and healthy. If you're looking for a loving companion, come on down and set up a meet 'n greet with Maggie today! Please note: Our Santa Cruz location’s Shelter hours are 11-6pm, 7 days a week! Although clients can walk through and see any animals in their kennels during open hours, we end “meet and greets” (aka meeting an animal out of the kennel) at 4:30pm every day. If you’d like to meet an animal out of the kennel, please arrive before 4:00pm to allow for time to discuss individual animals and meet the
