Chikorita's Story

Introducing Chikorita. She was spotted by a local dogwalker roaming a park in Rosedale, Queens. It is a travesty that someone would abandon this tiny rabbit to fend for herself. It was freezing cold and she proved to be pretty easy to catch. We think she knew she was being saved and was happy to comply!

Luckily, she seems completely fine and trusting of humans, despite her ordeal. We believe her to be less than a year old. She is a fearless little lady and likes to explore every nook and cranny but will stop frequently for a cozy nap. She has adjusted beautifully to the pampered life and enjoys chewing on apple sticks.

Her life now consists of unlimited fresh hay, daily greens and the occasional treat, just as it should be!

Let's give this little lady the new beginning she deserves!

The adoption fee is $125 for one rabbit and $200 for a bonded pair, and includes all rabbits being spayed/neutered as part of the adoption process.

Inquiries can be made to info@allaboutrabbitsrescue.org
