Meet Carolina Bill
Carolina Bill was trapped in an apartment complex a few months ago and has been spending all of his time since warming up in his foster home. He's really come a long way! He's a little shy, but loves his Cottontail Cottage and playing with cardboard.
He loves affection and will sit in your lap for cheek rubs for quite a long while. Although he likes to be pet like this, his forever home should be prepared to give him time to warm up after being adopted.
