Size: About 6 lbs at full size
DOB: About five years old as of October 2023
Reason in rescue: This boy was an owner surrender
Personality: Cabbage came with Pickles when their owner surrendered them. They came in with absolutely horrifically long nails and Pickles was very thin. I think Cabbage had been getting all the food! Cabbage is a big, squishy boy who loves to eat and likes his space the way he likes it. He's an older gentleman and more set his ways and will tell you when he doesn't like something! He would do best in an xpen or free range, and seems to prefer men. Because he can be a little grumpy around food and his space, we recommend adults or teens for this boy. He does enjoy petting and snuggles on his own terms and may settle with a girlfriend! He really deserves a forever home that will love him for the bunny he is!! He is very good with her litter box.
Friends: He is a good candidate to be bonded to a spayed female.
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption donation is $100 which includes his neuter, vaccine, and microchip.
