Baxter Rabbit Bunny Rabbit Lake Elsinore, CA

Adorable Baxter was rescued from running loose in a residential neighborhood in Compton, California on January 16, 2021. Neighbors report that he and his bunny friend had been running around for about three months. Poor babies.

Baxter is the sweetest bunny with the cutest, chubby face! I am smitten with the bunny! He is so darn cute, I just want to pinch those cheeks! Plus, he has such a docile, loving temperament.

Baxter is a nonstop licking machine! He licks your face, lips, hands and his bunny stuffed animal. Wow, who would ever abandon such a love bug to fend for himself on the mean streets!

He may want a female companion. If so, he can be bonded to your existing spayed female or I can bond him to one of the single females here (Noelle, Gidget, Taffy). He has excellent litter box habits.

If Baxter can't live indoor and be free roaming or live in a room or a section of a room, then an exercise pen (x-pen), also known as a puppy pen, or home made DIY wire grid system enclosure is a suitable alternative. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.

Baxter can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. The adoption fee is $60 which just covers the neuter surgery and rescue intake medication protocols. Any additional donations to keep the rescue afloat are greatly appreciated.

Don't have the items you need to welcome a bunny to your home? No problem, I have low cost x-pen enclosures, litter boxes, bunny litter, hay, food pellets and toys to make new bunny ownership easier for you. Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
