Meet Ashlynn: featured pet!!

**Ashlynn is one of our featured adoptables so her adoption fee is sponsored!**

**This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV**
Size: About 3 lbs
DOB: About 2 years old as of February 2023
Reason in rescue: This group of Netherland Dwarves were rescued from a breeder who passed away but had them living in horrible conditions :(.
Personality: Ashlynn is an absolutely gorgeous little girl with a very big dewlap for such a teeny girl lol. Makes a very good pillow for her naps! Ashlynn is a sweet girl who can be a little bit nervous about hands first but settles in well once she realizes you aren’t going to hurt her. She likes petting and doesn’t mind being held. She’s very good with her litter box. We recommend adults only or older children/teenagers as they are very small size buns and can be more fragile. Ashlynn has been diagnosed with a blocked tear duct because of previous neglect and scar tissue. Her right eye "runs." We keep the eye wiped down once or twice a day and it doesn't affect her at all as long as you keep it clean. The vet suggested that if she would be bonded to another bun, the adopter might not even have to do it as regular grooming from another bun would keep that area clean!
Friends: She is a good candidate to be bonded to a neutered male.
Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair). Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living). Suggested adoption donation is $100 which includes her spay, vaccine, and microchip.
