This is Rigsby!! We found Rigsby about six years ago at animal control on the day he was to be euthanized. We took him out of his cage and he just sat down in front of me and gave me the biggest hug and kiss I had ever received. We knew there and then he was coming home with us! He is not good with other dogs and his current family can't keep him because of this.
Rigsby thinks he's a lap dog and will try to climb on your lap every chance he gets! Rigsby loves to play with toys, fetch and chew!! He also knows how to sit, wait and go into his crate. Rigsby loves people and will show you by giving you a very big hug and wet kiss! Rigsby is really just a big love of a dog who needs a family to call his very own! Rigsby has lots of energy so a couple who likes to move and has a fenced in back yard is a plus. He would do better in a home with no other animals as he likes all the attention! Rigsby did live with three other dogs when he was fostered by myself and we worked very hard to get him socialized. He did well with them but while with his prior family in the past three years he has not been socialized with other dogs and he is now used to being top dog! Rigsby is neutered, house trained, crate trained , micro chipped, up to date on shots and currently on flea and heart worm preventative.
