Please READ the following and follow the instructions. If you do not we will not consider your application.

We are not accepting calls for this dog because we know we will get an overwhelming number of inquiries. If Hannah IS posted she is available for adoption.
We are accepting applications and will be selecting a potential adopter once she has been spayed. (AUGUST 5TH)

We prefer someone with breed experience.

Please review our process and complete the application www.gunterslegacy.org/adopt

We are accepting applications but Hannah will not be available until August 5th.

She knows some basic commands and we are working on her potty habits.

Hannah is a happy puppy. We got her and her 5 siblings from Mexico. All were very sick. Hannah and her sister Sadie (adopted) were the only survivors. These girls had Parvo, roundworm, hookworm, giardia, coccidia, hypothermia, dehydration, Ehrlichia, and distemper. Hannah has had three extended stays at the veterinarian, She is healthy now and finally receiving her vaccinations. She has had 2 vaccinations and has two more to go. She will receive her rabies and be spayed on August 5th. NO you cannot meet her first. We are a foster based organization and we do not give out our fosters home addresses.

This girl is very special to all of us in the rescue and her doctors and caregivers. We are looking for a very special home. Someone with breed experience who will love and care for Hannah for the rest of her life and make her a part of their family.

Hannah is 16.5 pounds right now and when fully grown we are estimating she will be around 70 - 75 pounds. We have done a DNA test on Hannah and should have the results shortly.

We are looking for a home with a nice fenced yard with room to run and play, she is not an apartment dog. Whoever adopts her will need to make sure she receives appropriate training, she is extremely smart and picks up on things quickly.

No children under the age of 10 years old, no exceptions.

No out of state adoptions.

Hannah is a survivor of Parvo and distemper. She is a survivor.

She is four months old.
