Freddie gets excited to see his favorite people, and when he knows he is going outside. He has a goofy walk from an old injury but that doesn't slow him down. He likes to play independently.

This Maltese mix has had a rough start in life and was recently rescued from a hoarding situation. He's had no training but is slowly learning what love and affection are and is eager to learn more. He needs a patient owner who can housebreak him and give lots of cuddles and encouragement.
