Meet Sarah!

Sarah is a 12-14 week old female American Bulldog who is looking for her new forever home! She is currently what we'd call a "typical puppy"...curious, happy, cuddly, affectionate, attentive to her humans, playful and ready to learn!

Sarah's ideal new family would be one that is familiar and/or fully prepared for all that comes with adopting a dog this young. This includes potty training, crate training, chewing phases, positive socialization with other animals and humans, positive exposure to the outside world, lots of training, structured exercise and, of course, playtime! We'd highly recommend researching training options in your area so that she can get started with puppy classes and graduate from there.

Sarah is not yet potty trained and does have accidents, especially while she's playing. She enjoys interacting with other dogs and that could also help her learn appropriate play and bite inhibition.

Because she's so young, Sarah should be supervised around small children. She may see them as litter mates, and resort to play biting, scratching and trying to wrestle. This is normal for puppies, but because Sarah is a large breed, teaching her appropriateness now will only benefit you in the future when she's roughly 70-80lbs.
