Meet Scooter
Scooter is a 5-6 year old Jack Russell Terrier/Chihuahua mix who weighs about 8 pounds. This cutie is house trained, likes other dogs, and is tolerant of children, though he might do best with kids over the age of 8 years old. This little guy needs a home to call his own and a family to love.
One of Scooter's favorite volunteers had this to share: "He seems to love everybody. Strangers can walk up and he gets excited to meet them. His favorite is to nap under covers. He wants to be with you all the time. And after initial hyper-ness when he sees his person, he calms down and wants to sit in your lap. Loves belly pets."
His minimum adoption fee is $245 plus a $12 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
