Meet Bonnie

Meet Bonnie a one-year-old German Shepherd Lab mix. She was brought into Animal Control after she had been abandoned by her owner. It was then we realized she was dying from pneumonia. With an extremely high fever she was hospitalized for over a week. She has since been moved into a foster home and is learning her manners. It appears no one has worked with her up until now. She has lots of puppy energy and sometimes needs to be reminded of what is appropriate to chew on. Bonnie is working on potty training and would do OK if someone was there to let her out on a regular basis. Bonnie does great with other dogs but is a little to curious of the cat. She will jump on you gently so older kids would be better. Bonnie loves her people and will shadow you all over the house and would prefer to sleep in bed with you at night. She is not a fan of the kennel so will need more work on proper kennel training. Bonnie is far from being a generic black dog. She has the most unique ears, one is always standing up and the other relaxing. She’s got beautiful caramel colored eyes and has a very soft coat. Bonnie is what we would consider large weighing in at approximately 70 pounds.
We have since had Bonnie spayed, vaccinated, and micro chipped. Her adoption fee is $135. If interested in this girl please go to our website to fill out an adoption application. www.noahshopeanimalrescue.com/adopt/apply
