Meet Sadie
Casa Conway's latest foster is ready for adoption. Meet Sadie. A sweet and mellow little 10 pound, 10 years (best estimate) old black and cream short hair Doxie girl who wants to be your best buddy!
Sadie is spayed, up to date on shots, medical, and dental. She sees and hears well for a senior dog and has the most dainty walk ever. Good muscle tone and she loves to walk. Knows the dog door, ramps, dog stairs, and how to line up for chow time and dental chews. She is potty trained and will go stand in front of the door if she needs to go out although she is learning to take herself out the dog door.
Sadie is very calm and non-reactive to my pack members and, in fact will just plop down in the midst of them for a good snooze. This girl loves sweaters and snoozing in front of the fireplace when it is cool. She is friendly with people who drop by and goes right to them for a pet. She is very affectionate and likes to cuddle and give kisses, although she is shy at first. Her self appointed job is backyard patrol. Hawks, raccoons, and herons don't stand a chance with Sadie on the job.
Sadie will do well with someone who can spend time with her. She does not like being alone. Not a big barker but she paces and trembles if she feels abandoned. A small pack would be great for Sadie. Contact Salemdogs@aol.com for information on how to adopt Sadie.
