Meet Casper
Casper is a 2 year old male who loves to play with everyone! Casper loves to go outside and run around the yard. He is very good at obeying commands and when you are ready to relax, Casper will come up and give kisses and cuddles. Casper does have one eye that is smaller than the other but it doesn't affect him and he can still see out of it. He would have to meet any other household pets just to make sure they all get along.
