Kaya Australian Shepherd Saint Louis, MO

Hi future family! I'm Kaya! I'm a 6 years young Aussie that came from Louisiana. I have a medium energy level, and will follow you everywhere. My perfect house would have a fence (preferably wood or chain link), and I would prefer to be the only pup in the house, though I get along with other dogs and cats. I'm currently fostered in St. Louis, but can travel to wherever you are to meet my perfect family. I'm potty trained, and just a total love bug that would love nothing more than a forever family to call my own. I was dropped off at a shelter because of a family illness, and came into Speak with heartworms, but just completed my treatment last week! I'm so thankful to the folks at Benton Animal Clinic in LA for busting me out of there! It sure was a downer, but I'm happy to be a healthy and fun pup again! My foster family says I look majestic in pictures, not sure what that means.I love car rides, and puppacinos, and even though I'm deaf and partially blind, I get around just like my foster family brothers and sister. I do well in a crate, but being an Aussie, much prefer to be out and about in the house. I'm up to date on ALL of my preventatives, including heartworm prevention finally! Check out my wiggle butt tail that I wag when I see my favorite peoples. Since I've got a few years, I'm a perfect house pup that just needs to feel loved and appreciated.
