Meet Kira
***KIRA ARRIVES TO UPSTATE NY ON 8/15 & IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR ADOPTION THROUGH OUR CHAPTER IN SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY***
Sitting at the picnic table, Kira is the one who is going to cozy up, nudge your hand and lean in for pets and pats, all the while looking at you with her deep brown eyes! Such a loving, genuine and gentle girl.
Kira is approximately 7 months old, is fully house-trained, excellent with doggie pals (she is currently in foster with pups both larger and smaller than herself) and loves her people. She loves to snuggle and especially welcomes pets behind her ears. Kira very much enjoys peanut butter, but not so much green beans - even if they do come from the local Farmers Market that she likes to visit with her foster parents. Long and leggy, she is a beautiful girl with a sleek black coat, and just the cutest patches of white. Her litter was a blend of pups looking very Black Lab and English Pointer, Kira having acquired more from her Lab genetics. It appears as though she will be in the range of 60-65 pounds in adulthood. A great age, she still loves puppy play, but is also learning her manners. She just needs a family to call her very own!
Kira is available in NY through the Go North Program of The Lucky Puppy Rescue centered in Bonifay and Panama City, FL (NY Lic #1054). The $395 adoption fee includes transportation from FL to NY, spay surgery, vaccinations, de-worm, flea prevention, heartworm prevention and martingale safety collar.
