Meet Cindy Lou Who! This sweetheart of a girl is ready to find that perfect person for her! Cindy is easy to walk on a leash, and while we do believe she is a bit older, she still has the spunk of a young pup! Because she came in as a stray, we do not know how she would do with cats or dogs, but we do think she would do best with older kid who can handle her size. Available at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter Monday-Saturday 10am-4pm.
