Jynx Maltese & Poodle Mix Sioux City, IA

Hey there my name is Jinx. I am an 2 year old neutered male bichon/poodle mix. Most dogs my age are very outgoing but for me, I am but I do take some time before you see that side of me. I have a story, a very sad one. I was not taken very good care of. I was extremely matted, severe ear infections, and my anal glands were just moments from rupturing. I was full of my own feces, which caused burns all over my bottom. I was in alot of pain, physically and emotionally. I learned how to keep people away from me by growling and biting, only because of fear. I have put up a wall but who could blame me. I do have some good things to say. Someone took care of me at one point because I know a few tricks. I know sit, shake, down, and dance. I am done with my medicine, I feel so much better. I'm starting to learn how to play with toys and other dogs now. I like the cat too. I also love to cuddle with my foster mom. I am fearful when people touch my backend or my ears. I would do better in a home with no small children. I do also love car rides! I will also need a slow introduction to new people. I wanted to tell everyone my story. I hope you will give me a chance.
