Amara Tabby Geneseo, IL

Amara and her 2 siblings (Astrid and Matthew) were living on a farm when the farmer became concerned for their safety so they came to us. When they were tested for FeLV/FIV brother Matthew tested positive for FIV. Amara and Astrid both tested negative but beings the 3 were living together it was decided the girls should be retested in 3 months. Amara and her sister are healthy but we must keep them isolated for now just to be safe. They can be adopted now (if there are no other cats in the home) and then we would pay for them to be retested in April.

Amara tested negative again for FIV!! YAY!! She is so happy to be with other cats now.

Sweet and shy Amara is such a beauty. This petite girl has the prettiest light green eyes. You can pretty much always find her in the window laying in the sun. Amara is around two years old and would probably do best in a quieter home. We hope you consider giving this shy girl her furever home.
