Meet Noelle
This pretty little girl is on her way to a fantastic new life! Noelle was waiting in a high kill shelter for her owner to come for her but sadly no one did. Black dogs are the last to be adopted and the first to be euthanized. (Black dog curse).... so when the shelter advocate asked us to help we couldn’t say no. Noelle is estimated to be around a year old.. probably a little younger. She will be available for adoption soon.
