Meet Sherman, he is a very eye catching and unique looking guy. He is very sweet and loveable…having more of a calm, quiet and gentle demeanor. While here, he has been moderately active, although he livens up quite a bit when he gets out for play time. He is a little shy, but he warms up rather quickly. I think a lot of that is just from being in unfamiliar territory, both at the shelter and at his foster home. He gets along great with the other dogs and would probably love having a doggie sister or brother to show him the ropes. Sherman will make some lucky family a great companion. He is still a youngster, so once he’s in a furever home I’m sure he will really come to life. We just made a guesstimate as too his breeding…since he came to a shelter we can’t be sure, but whatever he is he is adorable. He is 1 1/2 years old and weighs 30-35 pounds. He has been neutered, 4DX heartworm tested, fecal tested, micro-chipped, current on all vaccines, worming, heartworm and flea prevention. His adoption fee if $400.

Sherman is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted he will be transported to his pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and his fee does include transportation.
