Meet Myron

Need an active, bouncy, opinionated, funny, busy, happy, spunky and cuddly fur-baby in your life? If so, I may be just the guy for you! My name is Myron and I am a one year old Brussels Griffon mix. I have lots of energy, am very curious, fearless, and I sport my puppy-like behavior with pride. I'm really playful and I like to play with other small dogs, but I test older dogs and cats regularly. I love playing with toys, and enjoy being the center of attention, I would do great with agility training. I'm a bit of a clown, a bit barky, and somewhat stubborn, but I do respond to training, especially with treats! My house manners still need work, but I'll bet I can make you laugh at my crazy antics. I am looking for an active adult home or home with older dog-friendly children (small kids are not my thing), a fenced yard and another small dog play-buddy. If you are looking for a companion who is eager to please, is devoted and loyal, and would love to snuggle on a lap, please contact Carol at 345-2096 or kkc.carol@alaska.net. You can also meet me at the meet and greets at PetCo (on the Old Seward Highway) every second and fourth Saturday of the month until I am adopted, which will hopefully be soon!

There is an adoption fee of $200.00 for adult dogs/ $250.00 for puppies and home visits may be required. If you reside outside the local area there are some different requirements. Personal referrals, a vet referral, an agreement to be responsible for transportation (both ways if necessary) and a commitment to returning the pet to Kitty and K-9 if the placement does not work or your situation changes where you cannot keep the pet. Depending on the circumstances, there may be other requirements as well. Our commitment is to the homeless animals we rescue; we devote tons of love, time, energy and money to their rescue, medical bills and care. Our goal is to find them the very best placement with a lifetime commitment.

Contact Carol at 345-2096 or kkc.carol@alaska.net or Amber kkc.amberj@yahoo.com for more information.
