Meet Bud
Bud is a 9 yr old male GSP weighing 60 lbs. The shelter took him in as his owner was being arrested. However, we will say his owner must of loved him a lot as they taught him to be an excellent dog.
Bud knows sit and paw. He is house trained and crate trained, though he gets into nothing if you leave him uncrated. He rides perfectly in the car and is quite smart.
He is being fostered with a senior male dog. He can be nervous at first as the first applicant he visited, the lab there attacked him and punctured his ear. His ear is now healed but he can initially be reserved until he sees a dog is going to be nice. He is not mean in the least, just apprehensive.
Bud will come and get you when he needs to go outside. He loves to play fetch with a tennis ball. He knows to bring it back and drop it. He also walks nicely on a leash, his foster Dad enjoys walking Bud around the parks.
Bud is an excellent ambassador for the GSP, he is absolutely perfect
