Singer Siberian Husky Madras, OR

Singer is a 6- 8 year old Husky and we couldnt help but fall for this beautiful girl. She is friendly and lively, and she will do anything to earn a yummy treat. She has kind of a hard mouth taking them from our hands, so we began tossing them to her. Well, this smartie pants never misses! She remains so focused, stays in this lovely sit, and waits excitedly for you to toss the next one. She often flops on her back and solicits gentle belly rubs. Singer knows her basic commands and loves using her nose to search out where those yummy goodies are. She was in several playgroups with other dogs, and although she doesn't really play, she coexists with other dogs very well. We recommend doing your research on Northern Breeds if you want to adopt a husky. She likes being petted on her own terms when she feels like it, which can be so typical husky!!! Shes energetic and playful, but also really enjoys being inside with people. She will love hiking, walks, and exploring with you and then snoring by the fire.

Pupdate - Singer is more affectionate the more she gets to know you. If you are a stranger, its like "meh, I dont need this." :). But! If you've got some yummy treats, shes all focus and attention! We love this beauty. She gets very focused when the office cat walks by and we think she would chase.

Singer's adoption fee is $150 and includes spay, current vaccines, microchip, dental cleaning, free vet visit, 30 days free pet health insurance, and custom engraved ID tag.
