Meet MM's Nate
Nate is a 4 year old black male who raced at approximately 66 pounds. He arrived on August 18. 2018.
Nate is a sweet, curious, lovable four-year old hound. While he can appear shy at first, once he is familiar with his surroundings, you will see his personality shine through! He has done great in a foster home with four cats – Nate is a perfect gentleman with them, though he did show an interest in their food! He initially had some difficulty with the laminate floors, but he is a quick learner and can now get himself around with ease. He does not know how to do stairs, but would probably be able to learn that skill with no problem. He walks well on his leash, and looks forward to meeting new friends (both human and canine) on walks around the block. He would do well in a house with cats, other dogs, or children.
