Meet Chipper

Listed breed is an educated guess made by our veterinarian and is NOT a guarantee. His mother is a 30lb beagle mix but we do not know what breed his father is - this means we have NO way of knowing what his adult size will be.
Chipper is a 9 week old mixed breed pup. He’s a sweet boy and ready for his forever home.
He is currently being fostered in Mississippi and will be transported via Pet Express transport services upon adoption. His adoption fee is $400 and includes neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, a nose to tail vet check, and transport costs.
Second Chances lists dogs as being available in Kittery, ME because we transport our dogs to Kittery every other week after they have been adopted. All of our local shelters have a high euthanasia rate due to overpopulation so we created our rescue group to primarily adopt to the northern states to help keep as many dogs as we can from entering our kill shelters.
