Meet Apples

Apples is a 3 year old female black and tan coonhound. She is a healthy medium size dog who enjoys the opportunity to exercise and to go for walks, as well as laying around the house with her person. She is good with people, including small children and shows the skill to be very attentive with babies, alerting you when they cry. She is also good with other dogs. She is spayed, current on shots and micro chipped. She exhibited separation anxiety upon her surrender to the Powder Pals Program, including baying frequently but has transitioned into a relatively quiet dog adjusting to her surroundings and trainers fairly quickly. She is adding a series of commands to her vocabulary as she advances in her training. If you are looking to a loving, happy, healthy dog especially good with children Apples would enjoy meeting you.
