Miss Mandy is one of Making Miracles newest additions and you will not find a better companion than her. She's a beautiful English Cocker Spaniel, 8 years old, 32 lbs., with black & white Parti coloring and the sweetest disposition anyone could ever want in a companion.

Mandy has had a rough time lately. First her owner died, then no one wanted her so her family sent her to a shelter. Imagine how lonely, scared and confused that would be, going from a loving home to a scary shelter. Luckily her former neighbors got her out and into Making Miracle's loving hands. If all of that isn't bad enough, she had to spend 6 days in the hospital because she couldn't eat. Hollow Corners took great care of her and started her on her road to recovery.

Mandy is in a foster home now and gaining confidence and security everyday. She's loving, well trained, comes when called, will follow her people anywhere (probably afraid they will leave her) loves to go for walks and car rides. She loves to sleep in bed and doesn't bother anyone. She's good with other dogs, cats and people. There is not a more perfect companion around.

We would like a loving home with people who have a lot of time to spend with Mandy, older kids and a lap just waiting for the sweetest girl ever.

We show most of our adoptable pets at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday from 11 to 3. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: rescueme93@yahoo.com to see if that pet will be there.

Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.

Adoption Fees
*Senior : 9 & up $100-$175
*Adult : 2-8 $250
*Young adult: 6 months to 2 years $275
*Puppies: 6 weeks to 6 months $300

Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.

MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization. Without your donation, wonderful pets like these have to be passed by because we cannot afford their care.
