Sierra Shetland Sheepdog / Sheltie Collierville, TN

Sierra is a beautiful 6 year old bi blue Shetland Sheepdog female. She is oversized for her breed (approx. 35 lbs.), but that just means there is more of her to love! She came from a commercial breeding situation meaning she wasn't a part of a family household until we got her. She walks well on leash and is doing well on her housetraining. She still needs some work on her social skills in the 'real world.' She just hasn't 'been there, done that' yet, so her adopter will need to take that into consideration. We are looking for a home for her with a securely fenced yard because Shelties are herding dogs and love to 'herd' the birds, squirrels, etc. on a nice day when they are out for bathroom duty or play time. ALL our Shelties are only placed with people that will keep them in the house as a family member!

YOU MUST HAVE A FENCED YARD TO ADOPT SIERRA! She has not been around children, so we are looking for a home with adults only or one that has adults and older children (>12).

Sierra is being fostered in Little Rock, Arkansas, and the adopter must be willing to drive to meet her!
