Winnie Hound & Labrador Retriever Mix Waxhaw, NC

Meet Winnie, a beautiful Hound/Lab mix puppy born around 3/8/18. Winnie is a super sweet, happy girl who thinks everyone is her friend, both people and dogs! She loves to run, chase, and play with her foster brothers and sisters in backyard. More than anything, Winnie is a love bug. She will always choose leaning against you and getting all of the petting and scratches over play. She is very gentle and seems to be very comfortable around children. Winnie is crate trained and her foster Mom says she is working on getting her completely house trained. She is very treat motivated and learned "sit" in a matter of moments. Winnie loves to go on walks in the neighborhood and explore walking trails. Due to her age and personality, she is best suited in a home that has someone home more often than not and that has a structural fenced in back yard. She is not suited for apartments or for underground fencing. She is eager to please and would do well in any training class. Winnie is current with her vaccines and her adoption fee will include her future spay, rabies, and microchip. She currently weighs 35 pounds and should weigh around 45 to 50 pounds when full grown.
