Meet Pierre,

He was found running the streets of Cleveland with no collar and no chip. He was scared at the pound but let people hold him.

Pierre is very shy and very quiet. It's taken him 5 days just to feel comfortable enough to walk around the house and sniff around. He finally slept in bed with his foster mom on the 5th night and was quiet as a mouse.

Pierre is NOT leash trained but so far is going potty outside like a pro! He keeps his crate nice and clean but prefers to be on the couch.

Pierre is not much of a lap dog at this point but hopefully as he comes further out of his shell this will change.

Due to his personality we would prefer a quieter home and no children under 10 years old AND a fenced in yard.

Adoption Fee: $250 + $15 microchip

Our adoption fee includes vaccinations, wormer and in all adult dogs, spay/neuter.


 


Where does my adoption fee go? Ask your vet how much he/she charges for the following:


 


Spaying/neutering $150-300


Distemper vaccination $20-30 x2


Rabies vaccination $15-25


Heartworm test $15-35


Flea/tick treatment $50-200


Wormer $20-$45


Dental $100-$300


Microchip $25-$50
Not to mention the office visit cost.


Please consider all that is done for your rescue dog prior to complaining about the adoption fee.

We do adopt outside the state of Ohio. However, we require the adopting family to drive to Ohio to meet/adopt the dog applying for. Should this be more than a day's drive, we can arrange transport with the adopting family driving at least half way.
