Please don't let my name fool you. I'm Goliath, a male Cane Corso who is 1 year and 3 months old, but "gentle giant" truly describes me best! Don't tell too many of my buddies this, but at the dog park, I will actually lie down and let the little dogs run all over this handsome 133-pound frame of mine! I have interacted with children from newborns to 6-year-olds, and there used to be a 6-year-old in my life who would take me on walks. (My former family unfortunately had to move and couldn't take me along.) Needless to say, I'm very loving and gentle - I even like to cuddle! I'm house-trained, crate-trained, leash-trained, I know my name, and I also know the "sit," "lie down," "stay," and "speak" commands. I can be trusted with free roam, and I haven't been allowed on furniture in the past. Toys are absolutely wonderful things, and bully sticks are my favorite. I used to live with a Bulldog buddy, and since we had to be separated, I'm a little shy and lacking some confidence right now. So maybe another canine friend could help me get some of that mojo back. How about it... who needs a fabulous gentle giant named Goliath in their life?
