Meet Serena
Serena is at the perfect age for adoption; like any puppy she needs lots of socialization. She was born close to November 24, 2017. We expect that she will be upwards of 50 pounds full grown.
"Introducing our dog to lots of other dogs and people at a very young age will help to desensitize them to strangers.
To make them happy to accept people coming and going in the home as normal and nothing to be afraid of.
With a Rottweiler Lab mix puppy, make sure you have new visitors every day and that a large proportion of them are young.
This is therefore the best time to throw them into all sorts of new situations. Take full advantage of your fearless pup, this attitude won’t last forever."
Serena is very calm and relaxed for the most part, and she can be energetic and active, too. Great combination. Some people would call this a well balanced dog, and we would have to agree.
To date, she gets along with other dogs, cats, and people. The next 9 to 12 months full of daily socialization opportunities, exercising, positive discipline, and lots of love will make all the difference in the world for her.
