Amara is a super sweet fluffy girl with a gorgeous silky coat! Her tail is just beautiful! She craves attention, loves to snuggle on the nearest available lap and has a loud purr motor. Her estimated birthdate is September 2017 - she’s a playful older kitten with a fun purrsonality! Amara was rescued from a high volume shelter and is very grateful to be safe in foster care while we look for the purrfect forever family to adopt her. All she needs is a chance to turn on the charm for you! She is good with other kitties after a proper introduction and would most likely be fine with a calm dog.

Second Chance Pets is a foster-based organization so all animals live in foster homes throughout the area. Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Petco Clear Lake store located at 2410 Bay Area Boulevard (at Space Center.) The adoption fee starts at $95. All cats are tested for FIV and Leukemia, fully vaccinated, fixed, dewormed, defleaed, and microchipped.
