Meet Libby Lou

Libby Lou is a chihuahua/terrier mix. This little 15 pound girl is sooooo shy. She is potty trained and loves her crate. It is her safe place. It takes time for her to learn to trust. Snuggle buddy should be her middle name. Being adopted into a calm home would be her best furever home. She cannot be in a home with toddlers or newborns.
