Darla Saint Bernard Aurora, CO

Darla is approximately 18 months old and she's a gorgeous tri-colored, smooth coated Saint Bernard who was abandoned at a rental house. She was very fearful when into the shelter but it didn't take her long to warm up now that she realizes she is safe and sound and loved. Darla is shy and can be fearful but she just removes herself from the situation until she feels confident about it and is not aggressive at all. She is very underweight but she is gaining daily now that she has regular, nutritious food to eat daily. She gets along well with the other dogs and kids in her foster home. Darla has had her cherry eye corrected and this girl has been described as nothing but sweet, submissive and kind. Her foster family will be working with her on basic training and helping her realize that she will never be left again and that her life from here on our will be roses and rainbows!
