Adorable, affectionate, friendly, outgoing, engaging and charming - these are just some adjectives one might use to describe our awesome little guy Cesar! A personable little guy, Cesar gets along very well with all other dogs and people of all ages. He is 100% housebroken. Cesar is a ham for affection. If you sit down with him, he will climb into your lap and burrow his head into every nook and cranny for maximum snuggles. He is very social with everybody. He is not a demanding dog and he will only bark to alert you when he hears something unfamiliar. He does not mind loud noises of the street, and loved riding in the car. He is also very obedient and not n escape artist. He can walk right by your side even without the leash and he loves to fetch and plays with toys. Cesar is a little over 3 years old and is a nice compact size of 12 pounds. Do not miss out on your chance to make Cesar a member of your family!
