Bodean Dalmatian & Treeing Walker Coonhound Mix Mounds, OK

Bodean came to our rescue from a little animal shelter in southeast Oklahoma. No, he's not all Dalmatian and we are just guessing on the hound part (for the record, he is not a barker and does not bay or howl!) based on his color, conformation, and bigger ears. What we do know so far is that he is super sweet, he walks well on a leash, he will stay in a crate just fine, he's very grateful for two good meals a day (zero food guarding with humans!), and he thinks it's great to have a warm, soft place to rest. We've been introducing him to our other dogs now that he's out of quarantine (safety precaution when they come out of a shelter) and he just seems to want to PLAY! We think this guy is going to be a wonderful companion for some lucky family. He sure deserves a second chance in life!

Our rescue is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Because we accept responsibility for our foster dogs for the life of the dog, we do not ship dogs and we do not typically do long distance placements unless you are an approved, repeat adopter. We will consider homes within approximately 300 miles of our area (reasonable driving distance).
