Meet Carmelo - The Most Interesting Dog in the World
Carmelo recently arrived from Puerto Rico. While he laughed in the face of both Hurricane Irma and Maria, he decided it was time to leave island life behind and tackle adventures in the Pacific Northwest.
He is a unique fellow with a remarkable personality. He is FUNNY and has the BIGGEST SMILE we have ever seen. He is leash-trained, crate-trained, gentle and smart. He is super friendly and will absolutely capture your heart. He does need an experienced owner that can set boundaries. Carmelo is building his "friendly to cats" skills and would need a family that can help him achieve greatness.
Carmelo is currently being treated for heartworm so he is looking for a foster-to-adopt home. Carmelo is truly a GEM and will bring a lot of joy to someone's life. Is that YOU?
