Meet Kodiak

Kodiak is a two year old miniature american Eskimo that came from an overcrowded shelter. Kodiak is a super sweet boy that loves to go for walks, loves car rides and is great with other dogs. He is an energetic little man that will need an active household with older kids.

With his breed he does have a high prey drive so it is best if he is not around cats. Also grooming is really easy for these dogs and shedding is minimal if a consistent grooming schedule is followed. These types of dogs need to be groomed about once every three to four months.

He is very smart and is working on basic commands with his foster family. He will need further obedience training to be the best dog that he can be. He is very smart and picks up on directions quickly. He loves to meet new people and doesn't bark.

He is house trained and Kodiak is a great dog to travel and relax with. Kodiak would also like his future adopters to know that he loves circular dog beds and venison bones to chew on.

If you would like to meet Kodiak please submit and application and his foster will contact you within 24 hrs.
