Oscar is a dog-friendly, vocal with cats, little doggy who really is looking for a home of his own. Oscar would do best in a home with additional pets. He can be a little nervous to start with people and needs someone who has patience with him, as his last owner abandoned him. Oscar settles in with just a couple of days of TLC. He is a little love bug who wants to be your BFF.
